The 'Grada Visitante' agreement exceeds 29,500 tickets sold
  • With a total of 131 matches in the first 18 matchdays, 44 matches had huge demand, exceeding 100% of the tickets offered with an average price of €29.60.

The agreement launched by LALIGA to manage the conditions for away supporters in the stadiums has sold a total of 29,532 tickets during the first 18 matchdays of the season, with an average price of €29.60. This agreement, signed by 17 LALIGA EA SPORTS clubs, consists of establishing a minimum quota of 300 tickets on offer at a maximum price of €30 for visiting fans.

Of the 131 matches where the scheme was implemented, 44 games saw demand exceed 100% or more than the total number of tickets on offer. In particular, the Basque derbies between Real Sociedad - Athletic Club, had demand exceed 730%; CA Osasuna - Real Sociedad, exceeded 624%; and Deportivo Alavés - Athletic Club, exceeded 571%. Likewise, ELGRAN DERBI de Sevilla also saw the number of tickets requested by Real Betis fans exceed 250%.

Víctor Martín, Head of the Office of the LALIGA presidency, said: "We are very happy with the results from this first half of the season. We are confident that more clubs will join the project, so we can continue to make football an open space where all football fans can share the same passion in an affordable way".

Sevilla FC tops the list of the clubs that have offered the most tickets, on average, per match for visiting teams, with 602, followed by Athletic Club with 550, Real Betis with 531, then Valencia CF and Granada CF with almost 500 tickets per match.

In the ranking of fans who bought the most tickets in the first 18 matchdays, Real Betis and Atlético de Madrid stand out with almost 3,100 tickets each. Close behind are Cádiz CF with 2,819 sales, followed by Athletic Club with 2,553 and UD Las Palmas with 2,385.

Similarly, the fans who have made most use of the agreement to follow their team to away games have been those of Real Betis and Atlético de Madrid, with an average of almost 400 tickets per game, as well as the fans from UD Las Palmas, Sevilla FC and Cádiz CF, with almost 300 each.

For the remainder of the season, RCD Mallorca will expand the away section of the Estadi Mallorca Son Moix, which will vary from the stipulated 300 seats to a higher number, depending on the needs of the team visiting the island.

The 17 clubs that are part of the 'Grada Visitante' agreement have been very satisfied with the results achieved in this first half of the season. Athletic Club, FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, Sevilla FC, Real Betis, Cádiz CF, RCD Mallorca, Valencia CF, Deportivo Alavés, Girona FC, Real Sociedad, Granada CF, UD Las Palmas, Getafe CF, UD Almería, CA Osasuna and RC Celta, will continue with this commitment to bring football to more fans for the rest of the current campaign.
