AD Alcorcón transform the match experience at their stadium through ‘Experiencias ADA’

AD Alcorcón are determined to keep winning over the hearts of the club’s fans. Having returned to LALIGA HYPERMOTION level this season, the club recently decided to start offering a new type of VIP experience, through which fans can live a matchday much like the footballers themselves. This initiative is called ‘Experiencias ADA’ – meaning ‘ADA Experiences’ in English, and using the club’s initials – and it contains a series of exclusive services for home matches.

This new programme allows members and fans of AD Alcorcón to enjoy a series of top-class services which enhance the matchday experience, while at the same time helping to strengthen the bond between the fans and the entity. To achieve this, the club created two types of exclusive packages. The first is called ‘ADA Team’ and includes a welcome drink, a tour of the best parts of the stadium, the chance to be present for the warm-ups at the pitch and an experience from inside the tunnel. There is also a more exclusive option called ‘ADA Team VIP’ and this one includes, in addition to the aforementioned, access to a box, to catering and to the ‘Meet and Greet’ session, where fans can introduce themselves to the players in person and even benefit from autograph signings and photos. This is, undoubtedly, a very complete experience and offers fans the chance to see what a matchday is like for the AD Alcorcón squad members and coaching staff.

The club described the origin of the ‘Experiencias ADA’ service for fans as so: “‘Experiencias ADA’ was born as a way of promoting the value of proximity, which is one of the fundamental pillars on which the new brand concept at the club is based. The aim is to bring the club closer to the fans while promoting a new way of enjoying the game. It’s about experiencing the game so closely with our players that the fans can feel like yet another player. Our aim is that, as time goes by, there will be even more experiences linked to the club that are included in the ‘Experiencias ADA’ catalogue.”

As for the objectives they hope to achieve with this type of service, AD Alcorcón stated that they hope to reach a wider audience and also enhance the connection with their existing fans. The club said: “The launch of this project was at the match against CD Tenerife and was an example of reaching out to new fans. In this case, there was a person from Mexico, who is studying in Spain and who was attracted by the concept. It might otherwise have been more difficult to convince such a fan to come visit the Estadio Santo Domingo. There were also children who were excited to be out by the pitch and with the players on a matchday. This kind of experience strengthens the bond with the existing fans, who realise it is a unique thing to be so close to the players on a matchday.”

In conclusion, AD Alcorcón feel very positive about the implementation of these exclusive experiences and the feedback received. They said: “The reviews have been very positive, which gives us the energy to keep growing and improving. Those who have experienced it have had a great time. Those who picked the ‘ADA Team VIP’ experience agreed that it was very complete. It was satisfying for all the club employees who have been involved in this project to see the first groups enjoying it.”
