One of the key recommendations of LaLiga&rsquo;s Customer Experience Committee (CXC) is for the clubs to transition to 100% paperless tickets over the next three years.&nbsp; There are so many benefits to for both the customers and the clubs by eliminating paper transactions.&nbsp; The next step we hope to see across the league is to follow Espanyol&rsquo;s example, and replace cash or physical bank or credit cards with digital wallets (and, ultimately, biometrics).
