As we begin to see light at the end of the tunnel, the post-COVID era will soon be upon us.   Recovery requires two things –

1.  Leadership
2.  Culture (embracing change, diversity of opinion and eliminating silos)

No matter how much we focus on the nuts and bolts, no actions, strategies, plans or business models can work without those two key ingredients.

As we have travelled around Spain over the last four years, we are especially proud of the forward-thinking mentality of the people that are driving change at LaLiga and inside the clubs.  The people in the trenches today are tomorrow’s leaders.
