LaLiga’s Customer Experience Committee (CXC) launched two years ago as a forum for the clubs to debate and recommend new ideas for putting fans first. The CXC developed CX Standards and a series of recommendations. With the onset of COVID, the group developed and distributed Pandemic Response Guidelines (PRG) to all clubs.
